“Future Plan/AI (FP/AII)” Awards – 2025
The INSIGHTS Middle East Call Centre/CX '25 Awards winners will be announced at the Middle East Call Centre/CX Awards '25 Gala Dinner on Sept 25, in Dubai.
This new INSIGHTS Middle East Call Centre Awards category seeks to highlight the ways forward-thinking organisations are gearing up to leverage their call centre’s value proposition in the fast emerging “new normal” market place, and in particular when it comes to leveraging the use of AI. This new thinking recognises that the role of the call centre has changed unequivocally, and whether the development drivers are market changes, new technology options like AI, customer experience mandates or whatever, there is no going back and stepping up your game is the only option.
The submission information required for this new category is indicated in part B. For each submission, a 1,000 word description and an accompanying Powerpoint entry are required. For the ppt, we require a synopsis of the situation that can be presented in 15 mins in the case that the submission be selected for presentation at the MECC event - in other words the new initiative must be capable of being presented as clearly, succinctly and dynamically as possible in a quarter of an hour.
You are entitled to enter up to 3 submissions and each entry costs $1,000 + 5% vat (Vendors are also allowed to enter these Awards to showcase their achievements)
(Note that whilst creative and innovative approaches consistent with the organisation’s brand values are key considerations, the ability to demonstrate a clear RoI will, we believe, be a key aspect when it comes to judging.)
